Wednesday, September 8

* Our local guide will take us through the highlights of the area.


* Tour of BRANTVIEW MAPLE FARM 
  • Learn about syrup tapping 
with SAMPLES of Maple Goodies 
  • WAGON RIDE Excursion 
to experience the 300-acre maple tree farm 

* LUNCH at COAL MINERS’ DINER 

MONUMENT for LIFE at 
QUECREEK MINE MEMORIAL 
  • In July 2002 nine miners were trapped 240’ beneath a farmer’s field.
After 3 ½ days, they were all rescued.  
This beautiful monument and its chapel are dedicated to the flight crew and passengers that were aboard this flight on September 11, 2001.

In July 2019 eight works of Frank Lloyd Wright became the 24th UNESCO World Heritage Site in the United States.

Friday, September 10

  • When Jonas Seaman traveled from New Jersey to Ohio in 1803 and spent $4 for a license to operate a “house of Public Entertainment” on Broadway in the newly-founded village of Lebanon, he could never have imagined that more than 200 years later his establishment would still be offering food and lodging for travelers. 
  • Return to Ferdinand and Evansville
